Terrace oh the Arena del Sole Theater
A unique place in the heart of Bologna inside the historic Arena del Sole theater. It’s located on the city’s main street, Via Indipendenza, on the third floor of the theater is a romantic terrace. We set up an inside/outside space to serve up food and entertainment.
Outside were tables, chairs and a stage for shows and inside a bar and exhibition space. The weekly calendar of evening activities included the aperitivo in the exhibition space and dinner on the terrace with a cabaret show to follow. The menu included hot and cold dishes with special attention to ethnic dishes with spices from all over the world. Wine played a dominant role with particular attention to Franciacorta “bubbles”, while the Caribbean was represented by crushed lime cocktails and fresh seasonal fruit.
