I have been involved in food & beverage since 1998, when I opened the first tavern. I have always been fascinated by this world and its complexity. An intense work that confronts you both with the market and with the individuals who are part of it. In this work we are always looking for the best way to “make others feel good” while they drink or eat. This is our job! We not only serve drinks or food, but we take care of the mood of our guests, while they choose our place to stay with us: this is my favorite reading.
