I have worked in the area of food & beverage since 1998, when I opened my first osteria (pub). I have always been fascinated by this complex activity. It is intense work where you are constantly measured by the market and the individuals that populate it. In this line of work you are committed to finding the best way for people to “feel great” while they’re eating and drinking. That is the essence of our work! We don’t just serve foods and beverages to our guests, we take care of their well-being when they choose our establishment. That is how I like to see my work.
